ADDING THE ABILITY TO REARRANGE SAVED ANOTATIONS ON THE APP

It's useful for deleting all documents for floorplans or communities. It would make it a bit quicker as you don't need to load into the document itself and load back out vs just being able to destroy it with all the other documents and keep going.

We require photos for our to-dos/tasks. When an employee opens their tasks, I want the system to require photos are added to each task (or specified tasks) before leaving the job screen.
