Allow for default durations on Work Order Types (and Floor plans)

This can help streamline WO scheduling. Could be a global application in the Work Order Types. Would be very helpful to make more granular adjustments to durations at the floor plan level. Example: of potential functionality - defining Plumbing Rough by Default is a 2 day duration in the WO Types data base. Applied to all projects except if there is a further definition on the floor plan. The Holly, is a 3000sqft plan and takes more time to complete. Being able to define 3 day Plumbing Rough duration will help me plan and execute projects with proper time frames.
