Add a quick schedule button from the mobile app - similar to quick schedule on the web but will be for scheduling work orders to job folders that already exist. it could "float" over the date I select and prefill the date with the selected day. Then I would select the job folder (date would be pre-filled, select a WO type and schedule a crew if desired.
I would like to see an option to quick schedule from the Jobs list or Calendar page based on the day I am looking at (and my availability that day) to schedule work on the fly.
Example - I get a call from the builder and I get out of my excavator to talk to him. I see I have openings on Friday 7/19, and I want to be able to click on 7/19 on jobs list or calendar page to schedule a new work order.
I could click a plus sign to schedule a work order that brings up the search bar to locate a a job folder in Bolt.
From there, the functionality would already exist with adding a work order to a job folder from the mobile app.
With interactive calendar you would also have the ability to schedule time off with crew members or employees along with quickly adding work to schedule while on site in mobile.
At very least interact outlook calendar or teams to sync with Bolt calendar/schedule. make appointments with customers.
