When an inspected item has been designated as failing and a reinspection is required, that item can be flagged to be included in a hidden category called "past failed items", that become visible on inspection reports that are created after the initial inspection report.

You can manage this today using our Inspections feature. If your team also subscribes to Bolt Insights, you can take this a step further by using a custom report to pull in-depth data on those past evaluations.
