Schedule parameters

Is there a way, I can block a day from scheduling. Like a Holiday, make it so nothing can be scheduled that day. and other days restrict how much can be scheduled per day? like only 15 appointments for grounds. where the 15 would only impact scheduling for the stage of grounds and nothing else. I could set different qty for different stages. If you tried to add more than allotted, a pop up could appear, you are trying to schedule for a holiday, would you like to proceed? or this date has met the max scheduled stage for this date, schedule anyways?
