Add holiday to scheduling calendar

This request is two-fold. 1.) When a company holiday is created, it would be convenient if it was displayed on the scheduling calendars. 2.) When trying to schedule a work order from the job folder, the user will get an alert if the schedule date falls on a holiday. Users do not get this alert when rescheduling work from the scheduling calendar. The user should get the same alert regardless what page they are on.
