Universal Job and Work Order Statuses

I have statuses that i want on all work orders, like Crew Complete. I just want to have it on all work orders, and be able to report on it vs having to add them to all the work order types.

I also have statuses for jobs that I want to add, like complete, closed, etc. Same story i want to report on it.
