Show a plan/document count for all plans/documents listed in the plans and documents folder.

Currently, if you go to a job and look at the plans & documents tab, it shows 0 if there is nothing uploaded to the actual job documents, yet there may be something uploaded at the floorplan or community level. We would like it to show a number for every document listed on that tab. For example, if we upload something at the floorplan level, we would like it to indicate a 1 showing that there is something there. Currently the crews and field staff see a 0 and think there are no plans there. It would be good for them to see a number so they know something is there.
