Allow for different takeoff recipients

We want an enhancement to the "Recipients" feature that allows users to specify different recipients for different types of takeoffs. This would enable users to designate specific recipients based on the takeoff type, providing better control over who receives notifications for each individual takeoff. For example, takeoffs regarding materials and inventory should be emailed to the Warehouse. Takeoffs regarding service work should be emailed to the Office.
