More filters for recipients

We need to be able to send takeoffs, documents to different recipients depending on the workorders they are attached to. Right now if I select takeoffs and a recipient, all takeoffs submitted will be sent to that email regardless of the workorder. I need to send dry sheet WO takeoffs to our yard foreman and shingle install takeoffs to someone else.
