Make Work Order ToDos Based on Customer

Be able to set up what ToDos show up specifically for the Customer instead of just the Work order type (i.e. If I have a Work order type "Install" and I have 4 ToDos that show automatically with that type, that is great, but if I have a specific customer who needs an additional ToDo or more, it would be awesome to tell it that this still needs the Install type with the 4 auto tasks, but it needs these other two added as well because it is this specific customer.
