Territory/Zoning for Scheduling Optimization

Currently, Bolt’s scheduling calendar allows filtering by a single community or supervisor. Our customers need the ability to assign a territory or zone to communities and supervisors to optimize scheduling. This feature would help supervisors efficiently assign work based on crew locations, ensuring crews are scheduled within their designated zones and minimizing unnecessary travel. It would also streamline service call assignments by identifying crews already working in a specific area. Additionally, zone-based crew tagging would prevent assignments outside a crew’s designated area, improving scheduling efficiency and reducing travel time.
