Make Work Orders in the "New" stage viewable in the app

We want to have a set of work orders automatically set up in Bolt where our field guys would just assign a crew and add the date before completing, cutting down on the number of clicks they would have to do. We can see it on the web version, but not the app version. We would need work orders in the "new" stage viewable on the app like it is on the web version.
