Have job status trigger a color change

Builder's don't always like to reconfirm jobs after we have rescheduled. I figured the job status could indicate confirmed ready if they don't actually reconfirm through Bolt after the job is pushed. I added a PO hold status and a Job Confirmed Ready status but they are pretty pointless unless you click on the drop down to see what is selected at this point. A color trigger would be helpful and beneficial
