Add link on Work Order Page to view related Crew Pay Report

Request to add a hyperlink on the Work Order page that opens the Crew Pay Report filtered to the selected work order.

The link should only appear if the work order meets the existing criteria required for it to display in the Crew Pay Report. This ensures consistency with current report logic and provides users with quick access to pay details for eligible work orders.
