Add Accounting Number filter and column to Timesheets report

Please add an Accounting Number filter and column to the Timesheets report.

This would allow users to filter timesheet entries based on the accounting number assigned to the job, returning all time entries associated with that job. The accounting number should also be included as a visible column within the report results.

Ideally, the filter and column should only display for accounts that have the Accounting Number field enabled in their job configuration settings. If the field is hidden in the job config, it should also be hidden from the Timesheets page. The filter should continue to work in conjunction with existing filters such as date range, crew, employee, and office.
