Allow Bolt camera functions to apply the zoom based on the device capability

Allow Bolt in-app camera functions to apply the zoom based on the device capability. Our current process is to take the photo on the device camera and upload it from the photo library. We would love to be able to apply a zoom inside the photo camera function.
