There is no audit that I am aware of on the vacation process in Bolt. I would be ideal to identify additional fields for review.
User creating the vacation
Time date stamp on date submitted
½ day or full day…even number of hours or exact working day hours off.
Sample:
A supervisor can create a vacation WO, then a CSR assigns a WO to the employee. I don’t know which came first in this case. Tracking is preferred with these simple fields.
