Crew Level Pay Percentage Control in Mobile App

We’d like to request a way to set how much of the total pay each crew gets when multiple crews are assigned to a work order in the mobile app. For example, Crew A could get 40%, Crew B 30%, and Crew C 30%. Only the crew leader (like Crew A) should be able to edit these percentages, and this could be controlled by their user type. This is different from the current feature where crew leaders can manage individual crew members—this request is just about splitting pay between full crews.
