Allow Contract Creation and Line Item Entry from Mobile App

We’d like to request the ability for certain users to create extra contracts directly from the mobile app.

This feature should include the ability to:

• Create a new extra contract

• Add line items and quantities to the contract

Access should be controlled by user permissions to ensure only designated users can perform these actions from mobile.
