Customizable Status Markers that are viewable without selecting a job &

It would be INSANELY HELPFUL if there were visible status markers on the jobs that remain visible from the week (7 day) calendar view. That way even after the status color changes for something else, we can still see that the previous status markers have been checked off, without opening every single job.
