Lower tier user for payroll/hours

Right now everyone must be a user for payroll and hours tracking. At $100/month, and with dozens of employees, it becomes very expensive when most of them are not utilizing any features of bolt beyond clock in/out. Having user tiers would be better. $100/month for full access makes sense, but not for a helper who is only clocking in. I'd be happy to pay $10/month for that guy though, and all it needs to do is track his hours so I can capture labor costs.
