Add Delete/destroy events to all endpoint datasets in API

Need to be able to easily identify up-to-date data in our databases when creating them from the API. Currently do not have an easy way for our database to indicate a work order was deleted. There are "destroy" events on the Jobs events endpoint, but not the work orders.
