Great news! Bolt already has a feature called Crew Pay Signatures that may address your request.
When enabled, this feature allows crew members to electronically sign off on their pay records before payroll is finalized. You can also configure it to require these signatures before a work order can be marked complete.
If you're interested, please contact our Support team and they can help you get started. We recommend testing this feature in a sandbox environment first to make sure it fits your workflow before rolling it out to your production account.
