Written text translations

I am told users can currently change their interface language via User Settings, but this only affects system-generated labels, menus, and static UI text. Data entered directly into the system by users (free-text fields, notes, form entries, etc.) remains in its original language and does not translate when a user switches their language preference between English and Spanish (or vice versa). The desired example was similar to a meta app where you can choose to translate text.
