Status Timestamp in App

Our field team primarily only uses the app version and it would be beneficial for them to see the timestamp and user who notated a status change. It shows the timestamp on the web version, but does not display in the app. It would be every useful to know what time it was clicked as that is how our labor base communicates to our management team.
