REPORT / PRINT WORK ORDER SCREEN

We NEED to be able to print a work order listing - since we don't use the SUPERVISOR function, we use CREW's - the work order list that we are able to print duplicates the information multiple times, this is NOT HELPFUL. From the work screen - we need to be able to filter by date range from and date range to. filter by supervisor. filter by builder. and a button to PRINT THAT LIST. it should print the SAME WAY we are looking at it in the screen shot.
