Display Holidays on Calendar and Assignment Views

Bolt currently displays Vacations on Calendar, Calendar View and Assignment. Should display Holidays as well as a friendly reminder so that no one accidently plans a scheduled task when there is an expected off day. Should throw a reminder warning like we do with vacations/overlimits - we get it, some times there should be exceptions, but when it comes to holidays and a busy schedule to manage, people sometimes forget.
