Make it so that jobs require the builder to include a point of contact on all jobs at all times even if the builder representation changes.

When in the field, needing information its best to talk to the person who is in charge. We cannot do that if the builders supervisors information for the project isnt listed. Its best to keep a POC at all times as well. If someone changes or switches I believe its best to force them to have a POC with their valid contact info and one must be on the project at all times.
