Change sender email when emailing builders

Users email builders the punch list once complete. Currently, the email comes from the individual user. We'd like the email to come from a shared/general mailbox. The email should be dependent on which office the job is in. I.e. if it is TX job, it should come from the TX office. If it's an AZ job, it should come from the AZ office. This way when the builder replies, it will come to the shared inbox instead of directly to the user.
