Allow Crew Leaders to add/remove crew members in real-time.

For the time clock to be functional, our foremen must be able to add and remove employees from their crews in real-time. We have several employees who float around between crews to help as needed. It would also be very helpful if they could mark the employees as temporary or permanent members of their crew until another foreman adds that employee to their crew.
