A section for builder supervisors on communities like secondary supervisors for in house

There is an area for builders per each house, but it would be much more efficient to have an area over each community where you can put a builder supervisor contact because we have top builders in the nation and a lot of them will have multiple building supervisors (up to 5-6 at times) in each community and we may not know the builder over each individual house. Plus, they move communities all the time.
