All ideas

I have some builders that do not like getting all of the emails and want them turned off but only way to do so is to turn off at customer level or work order level. I dont want to do that because a lot of the builders like the emails.

Would be nice for these to populate when you are invoicing the ticket it is attached to with the amount preplugged as well. Right now it does it for tasks so I cant see it being to hard to add. Also the builder order number in the notes box

User Story: I have custom info unique to my business in the permit number field and i need that for invoicing. Can it display in the work order details?

User: I want to configure this so that it defaults to the completed date of the work order.

right now we are having to accept the builder order then go find the work order and check it off as billable if it is not a standard billing work order.

Right now when i go to a work order and try to click statuses the screen like auto centers so i end up having to click several times.

when you add a homeowner on the "job details" you are able to simply autofill the homeowner info on every work order. being able to add a homeowner to the job details from INSIDE a workorder would be really convenient.

This would help us not have to type so much. Maybe could just be a drop down like Schedule Change reason is.

So we do not have to go in and audit who checked it off.

Would be nice to be able to have a saved filter on the calendar views. So if I am needing to select multiple work order types to filter down one process I am doing and then later needing to filter down for another process I dont have to keep selec...
