We would like to be able to add more line items when creating a new job, there are certain information about the job like how many baths are in that home that would be helpful to see in the job detail and would also help us when using the reports on insights.

We would like to auto schedule Rough QC's one week in advance to the Rough work order. Is there any way to make the Rough work order trigger the Rough QC one week in advance?
Warranty automatically changes to "No" based on the close date
Have the warranty field in the job details auto-change from yes to no based on the close date. i.e. 1 years after the close date, the system automatically changes the warranty from yes to no
