On the print work order and in the work order screen. We have QC types that follow the job being done. My QC managers have asked that instead of the work order referring back to who did the Rough QC it would refer back to who did the work. So on rough QC it shows who did the rough and trim QC shows who did the trim. Allows my managers to quickly assign who did the work instead of having to navigate the app to find out who did.
Hi Megan, the “previous work order” that shows on the printout and work order screen is driven by your Contractual Work Order Type setup https://app.bolttech.net/work_order_types/configure. It will always reference the work order that comes immediately before it in the sequence you’ve configured for that job type.
