Mass actions on same block

Townhomes/condos/multifamily etc. Let's say lots 1-5 are Building or block one. We want the lots individually, but in general they are scheduled/completed at the same time so being able to select a whole building and complete, extend, schedule, make notes, etc would be helpful.
