On Contracts Add Billing Split on Contract Export for Standard and Floor plan options

This Idea of Billing splits being visible on contracts would help us present, defend and confirm invoice commitments outlined for the job. It would also help us identify discrepancies between customer PO's and our contracts. Not having the split visible on contracts would cause us to glaze over an equal amount in total when the problem arises in the splits.
