If its a 1 story house we dont need a stair or safety rail, however if its a 2nd story home we do. We would like the reschedule rules to only apply to a 2nd story home.
There is an option to add Documents for Customer, Floorplan & Communities. Can this be an option for Cities as well? Would help adhering to various codes etc
The builder texts my people, and they will never text another person. But maybe my people could forward texts or bolt could somehow have access to those texts.
Live chat re a job - will they actually use it. No, a supervisor would have 120 open Thread - i find value in an external thread because we need a source of builder communication
If something is scheduled it should be able to be scheduled at a specific time frame and then alert you at that time or an hour before that time frame so it can be reminded/known in the schedule
If a meeting is sent to us via email, we would like to have an ability to have that sent into the Bolt calendar and have the information for it like it would for a Google Calendar

Wrap text on Scheduling Calendar for 2 lines of text
I want the text within the work order to wrap within the scheduled event so it flows into 2 lines of text, similar to what the text does when scheduling appointments.
