Theres 3 of us trades on a house that all use Bolt. How can they know when I am complete with my Trim?

If something is scheduled it should be able to be scheduled at a specific time frame and then alert you at that time or an hour before that time frame so it can be reminded/known in the schedule

If a meeting is sent to us via email, we would like to have an ability to have that sent into the Bolt calendar and have the information for it like it would for a Google Calendar

WE ARE NOT GOING TO BE USING THE COLOR CODING BY JOB STAGES, WE WOUL LOVE TO BE ABLE TO COLOR CODE OUR JOBS BY OUR SUPERVISORS. I KNOW THAT WE CAN FILTER JOBS BY SUPERVISORS.

Orderers have the emails, name and company but not the department they're affiliated with. if this was added everyone in the company would know best contact for their needs (service, biling, field work, etc)

if two duplicate jobs were mistakenly added, can they be combined? Documents, Work Orders, Photos
