I'd like the ability to clone a user type. Instead of starting from scratch each time I need a user with different permissions, I'd like to clone a user type with similar permissions and make updates form there. This will save me time.

We would like to be able to clone a work order on a job, and the clone have the same statuses checked off as the original.

It will be useful when the plumber is on site he can write what the issues are on the lines. Right now it's a blank space.

Allow formatted, HTML text in notes section to allow more color options, hyperlinks, bullets, etc. Do this for job notes and work order notes (allows us to hyperlink other systems).
